last week & memorial day... fun times!

Me & Hannah on the roofdeck...the only pic i have at the moment...of this glorious view...haha!

I'm currently on a roof deck in the middle of Boston with an amazing view of the Pru and all of downtown. it's nuts. pix later on that. so, last week i was in Brewster, Mass (the Cape) with the Grubb family. i'll pass on a few of the highlights b/c there was so much i cant write it all. =)

* vacation names: Constantine (dad), Empress Theadocia (mom), Queen LuLu (that's me), Tigress (ariel-age 8 today), Sacajawea (age 6), Gordon (age 4), Buster (age2), & baby V (4 months)....i think.
* trip to the ocean, running in ankle deep water chasing the seagulls and avoiding crabs
* birthday celebration out on the deck in "clouds" (there was a lot of fog but we really wanted to eat dinner outside for the adventure of it so i told the kids we were in a cloud---ariel proceeded to go get her bright yellow rain jacket on. haha!)
* visit to the brewster general store--insane trinkets and fun candies
* driving young children around in MAE, which, by the way, made me feel like a soccer mom...
* late night chats with Marc & Kathy after AMERICAN IDOL & SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE

memorial day. today. it turned out pretty fun. i felt like emily should have been there. there were about 7 of us eating for hours in the back yard. we helped Karen grade papers too. that was fun.
